Contract Conditions & Renewal

  • Contract Length: All plans come with a minimum contract period of either 6 or 12 months, depending on the plan. We recommend a longer commitment for consistency and to maximise the benefits of proactive maintenance.
  • Service Conditions: Services are available during standard business hours, with after-hours support provided on request for an additional fee.
  • Cancellation Policy: Contracts can be cancelled after the minimum period with 30 days’ written notice.

What’s Not Covered
Our maintenance plans provide extensive support but do not cover hardware replacement costs, third-party software licences, or emergency data recovery services (e.g., hard drive crash recovery). These services can be arranged separately as needed.
