Contract Conditions & Renewal

- Service Conditions: Services are available during standard business hours, with after-hours support provided on request for an additional fee.
- Cancellation Policy: Contracts can be cancelled after the minimum period with 30 days’ written notice.
What’s Not Covered
Our maintenance plans provide extensive support but do not cover hardware replacement costs, third-party software licences, or emergency data recovery services (e.g., hard drive crash recovery). These services can be arranged separately as needed.
